From a Bottle of Homemade Shampoo to a Brand Built with Bare Hands
This is not a story that began in a boardroom or with a business plan. It began with damaged hair of a determined woman and a dirty kitchen that i slowly turned into a mini laboratory. It began with LOVE for plants, for purity, and for the people I care about most.
The moment everything changed
For years, I trusted what was on the shelves ; the glossy bottles, the promises in bold prints, the chemical-laced products, the claims of beauty industry to make my hair stronger, my skin clearer & my life better.
What I got instead was the opposite.
My hair, slowly and then all at once, began to suffer. Chemical treatments and synthetic haircare products had done their damage, and I was left staring at the mirror wondering what I had done wrong….
Instead of reaching for yet another product off a shelf, I reached for something older — knowledge; the Ayurvedic Way …..
I started reading , researching digging into centuries old herbal tradition thus embracing quiet wisdom of natural ingredients.
And then one day, in my own dirty kitchen, I made my very first shampoo and hair oil from scratch.
I started filling bottles at home for myself and for my children & then to immediate family members.
The feedback was warm & enthusiastic ; impossible to ignore. Slowly & quietly, a business idea clicked into place — and HERBOLOGY By Zarrmalaj was born.
