Every product you see in our photos is exactly what we make — handcrafted in small batches, right here at home, by our own hands. Because everything is made to order and never mass-produced, you won't receive something that came off a factory line and was styled for a camera. What you see is genuinely what we make.
That said, as a fully handcrafted product, there may be the most minor natural variations from batch to batch — a slightly different shade of color, a subtle difference in texture — because real botanical ingredients behave the way nature intended. The color of an herb, the richness of a pressed oil, the consistency of a wax can shift ever so slightly with the season or harvest. This isn't a flaw — it's proof that what you're holding is truly natural and alive with ingredients that haven't been artificially standardized.
What will never vary is the formula, the quality, the care, and the intention behind every single product. You will always receive something made fresh, made honestly, and made with the same hands you see behind this brand.
We want you to love every product you receive — here's how we handle concerns.
Because our products are handcrafted cosmetics applied to the skin, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This is a strict policy — not to be difficult, but to protect every customer. Accepting opened cosmetics back would compromise the safety and hygiene of products that go onto your skin, and that's something we simply won't do.
We also do not accept returns on unopened items simply due to a change of mind, as each product is made fresh to order specifically for you.
We restock regularly, so if something you love or have been eyeing is currently unavailable, keep checking back. You're also always welcome to reach out to us directly and ask about a specific product — we're happy to let you know when it's expected back, and in some cases we may be able to prepare it for you as part of an upcoming batch.
Our commitment has always been quality over quantity. We'd rather you wait a little longer for something made properly than receive something made in a hurry.
